Como Conservatory in the Winter

I went to the Como Conservatory one evening in the Winter for the Senior Strolls. Only people 55 and older are allowed in the conservatory. I was able to get a picture of the Sunken Garden vacant. The sun was starting to set so the lights were lit. The reflection in the pond is breathtaking.

This is the Sunken Garden in the Como Conservatory facing the other direction. They had changed their flower display from Christmas to a Winter theme. This was taken in the late afternoon. The lights were being turned on because it was was beginning to get dark outside.

I went to walk through the Como Conservatory at night to take pictures. As I was walking to my truck I turned around to look at the Conservatory to see if I could see the inside lit up from the outside. I could and wanted to keep it.

Once again I attended the Senior Strolls at the Como Conservatory. About every other month they change their flower display in the Sunken Garden. This was their Spring display. So many different colored flowers. You could smell them. My favorite place to relax.

The Senior Strolls in the Autumn. This is their late Summer display in the Sunken Garden at the Como Conservatory.

The Sunken Garden Summer flower display. This is in the Como Conservatory. I went to the Senior Strolls. These times are for Senior only. Families and younger people are admitted before or after. I love it because I am able to capture pictures without people in them.

Japanese Garden

First Senior Stroll since March. It was one way so somewhat difficult to get perfect positioning to take pictures. Luckily there were just a few Seniors and they walked around the zoo and the conservatory.

The leaves on the trees are starting to turn now that it is Autumn. The reflection on the water of the tree and the conservatory building was almost perfect. Beautiful picture.

I couldn't wait for the Senior Strolls to take place. I headed there since they are allowing only a limited number of people. Well it was still too many to get a picture with no on in the Sunken Garden. Oh well, this will have to do.

The Senior Strolls are happening again. Everything is still one way but nice to have fewer people. Love all of the flowers
